Video clip is not saved correctly

I have a Nest Hello (among other cameras). Today I had something going on that I wanted to save as a clip. However, after marking in and out and then saving the final clip is way shorter that what I set. I have also tried to split in smaller clips and save these, but it's all inconsistent what I get and they are all shorter than what I want.

All this makes it completely hopeless to get out my complete 7-8 minutes clip that I want to save.

Any help is appreciated.

I never got an answer so question/problem do still apply. However, I did not try again since then so the content now would be deleted from the cloud I presume. But it may still be a problem with new clips, but I didn't try it now.

@dreamcatcher

I'm sorry to hear that you are still having the same issue! The maximum clip length setting for your camera or doorbell will affect how long video clips can be. You can find out more information here

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best regards,

Brad.
