Is your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera(s)?
You can check on what Google Nest says your subscription is by going to Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app or the Google Home app, or by going to this Subscription Management page:
If you can't resolve it, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
@Deborahsanders7 I'm sorry to hear if your Nest Aware subscription got cut off after 30 days. To know more about this, I'd like to ask some questions. How many home structures do you have? Are you using the same email address? Try to double check if you applied your Nest Aware subscription to a different email address or home structure.
