I purchased this to be able to see who comes and goes at my back door. My video history does not work so I am not sure what the purpose is? I have had it for a few months now and it never works. Very frustrating

Which camera or doorbell do you have? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? When you say "video history does not work", what do you mean?
