WHY DOES IT TAKE HOURS TO VIEW VIDEO HISTORY?!?! For example: I caught someone live stealing from outside of our non-profit organization. I can see on the thumbnail in history that it captured the event, but when I click to view it, it says it’s not ready to view. This happened HOURS - when WILL it be ready to view?!?! I can’t file charges until I can provide the proof!

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, do you have a Nest Aware subscription? Do you have the Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell? How far are they from your Wi-Fi router? Try restarting your Nest Camera and/or Nest Doorbell and Wi-Fi router and monitor their behavior.
