Can you please cancel and refund the $150 charge made to my credit card on 4.19.25. I cancelled this thru the home app last year yet I am still being charged for this.

Refund for cancelling nest subscription

Please REFUND FOR CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTION for nest aware effective today 4/23/25. Your company automatically charged me today. Please reverse $86.96 charge. Living expenses are high and I can’t afford this service anymore. Thank you for your help.

Nest Aware Home/Away stopped working

About 2 weeks ago the Home/Away assist feature stopped working & no longer recognizes when I’m home or away. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options that I have found & nothing is helping.

Need some help…missing history on nest aware

If I open the nest app on my iPhone I see all my history. But on my iPad it stops logging events between 8pm and 7am every day. I’ve compared settings and they all seem the same. Anybody know this issue?
