NEST AWARE PLAYBACK STOPS & APP CLOSES

Does anyone experience the Nest Aware Playback abruptly stopping and then the app closing completely? I have to restart the app and then login again with the Google password. Only to cursor back, start watching again, and then it fails again.

Resolved! Wired nest doorbell - do you need nest aware to playback thumbnails?

When I first got the wired Nest doorbell, I could scroll back and play almost anything. Now I see thumbnails on the iphone app and if I click one, it just shows a still image. There's no playback. Here:https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/968...

Paying for Nest Aware but not getting features in app

I have had a nest aware subscription for nearly two months now and the features are not enabled in the app. The subscription is active and the cameras are on my account. Is there something i need to do in order to activate it? I have reset the camera...
