double charged and my subscription stopped working months back and now it works, but getting chrg 2

My Nest subscription stopped working a couple of months back. Now they reactivated the camera and i have been double charged. How to contact Nest? 1-855-971-9121 i came up with this phone number

As a Nest Aware subscriber, you may recently have received an email about Nest Aware Premier Care, which explains how to contact dedicated support for these types of issues. If not, you can use this link to contact the Google Nest support team. They'll be able to check your account and advise.
