I've had the basic subscription of $50 a year for 4 years. That was fine, I didn't need more than a few days video history (5 or 7 days, don't recall). I was "upgraded" to the new $80 a year plan last month and just realized I no longer have any video history unless there is a substantial enough event to trigger. I can't even go back an hour now.
We had a suspicious vehicle in front of our house 1/2 hour ago and I have no video history.
This sucks. My last house I had hard wired cameras throughout the property, all recording 24/7 to a hard drive video recorder, at 1080p in my basement that I could recall anytime from anywhere.
New nest subscriptions suck.
