upgrading to nest aware plus

I currently have a nest aware subscription and it had the 24/7 continuous recording but that magically went away when I upgraded to google home and now just have event recording.  It looks like one can upgrade to nest aware plus to $12/mo or $120/yr.  It's not clear if that's for each device or covers all devices on your account.  In the past I have been billed $50/yr annually for each device.  How are folks being billed for this?  Any insights?

Hey there,

Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe, and here is a link on how to manage your subscription.

Best Regards,

Firstly Google's answer for everything is *Google*

Secondly I'm returning mine. Got the same issues with billing..  And now I can't even turn off the green light on my Nest, even though it is my home I'm viewing..

Hey Robbers, heads up (*green light blinking*) even though the owner has called the cops hoping they'll catch you in the act.. I'm (*green light*) going to let you know so you can flee before the police arrive to arrest you...

i’m paying $120 for clips……i’ve owned the camera too long to return and doubt i can return a first generation camera. thankfully i used it to get a restraining order on a creep before google took over. goodbye nest, rest easy

Hey folks,

No you cannot migrate your account back to Nest. Not how the process works. In the meantime, if you are having some major issues with your devices, or have feedback to provide,, please contact Support and they can assist you further.

Best regards,
