Both Protects detecting Carbon Monoxide

Hello,

Last night, both of our Nest Protects started going off for the first time (installed about a year ago) detecting Carbon Monoxide. I have an all electric home, but yesterday was an air alert day near Dallas.   I tried resetting them, and I currently have the batteries out of both, but the alarm keeps going off on my phone.  Any guidance please? I feel like this is a misbehavior.

Hi @shorton

Have you tried cleaning them?
