Gewaehrleistungs fuer Nest Protect Rauchmelder

Mein Sensor ist defekt in meinem Rauchmelder und ich bekomme keine Hilfe von Google in Deutschland (Fall-ID 3-9194000035825), stattdessen werde ich in die USA geschickt, wo mir geholfen wird.  Wie spreche ich mit der richtigen Abteilung?

Hallo Byron, das Formular habe ich eingereicht und mir wurde gesagt, das es unter der gesetzlichen Gewaehrleistung ausgetauscht werden kann.  Ich warte auf die Ruecksendeanleitungen.  Danke, Veronika
