Google Home set for ADT does not show Wi-Fi information

Since my Google Home has been linked to ADT home security, it appears different and I do not see any Wi-Fi information or category. How can I find my Wi-Fi information now that my Google Home appears to be in a somewhat different format?

  • Did you try to contact ADT about this situation?
  • Are you using both apps? (Google Home and ADT Plus)
  • Is the Wi-Fi that you mention a Nest Wi-Fi? If yes, what model do you have?
  • Did you try to check the Wi-Fi information on another device?
