Haven't heard back on warranty claim - not even a confirmation or case number

Hello, I filed a warranty claim for one of my Google Nest items 17 days ago.

I have heard nothing back. No case number, no phone call, no email confirmation.

I would like to follow up but I don't know where to call somebody or chat with somebody.

Can you point me in the right direction please?
