My nest protect connected to my wifi when I installed it but keeps going offline.

Reconnected to WiFi but went offline after again after 5 minutes.

Having Wi-Fi issues is not ideal, and I am sorry to hear this is the case. I would be more than happy to assist you and ensure you are back online.
