My nest protect went off last night for no reason. The air was very humid.

My nest protect went off recently at nigh. This is the second time it happened.

There was no smoke and no cooking but the air was likely 70 % humidity.
It happened when we were asleep.

Hey Reed,

Thanks for reaching out. Having your Protect go off at any time can be a little concerning. Let's jump in and ensure the product is working as intended. Do you mind me asking if you got any message codes about why the device went off? If you have the device installed in a high humid area, I would recommend double-checking the Steam Check feature. You can learn more about that by following the article here. Please let me know if that helps.
