I purchased 6 Nest Protects and had no issues getting 5 setup. The last smoke detector states error P009 and is unable to connect with Assist. It finally did go under my account but remained offline. I tried to connect to wifi but the app force shut everytime. I have followed all the troubleshooting directions for P009 to no avail. I need help!! There is no customer support number that I can find. I need a replacement or for someone to walk me through on how to fix this problem.

Hello,
I did get in touch with a representative who walked me through setting up the device. I've now placed it where it needs to be and its saying it is offline again. I will attempt to reconnect the device. Not sure what else to do after that. The other 5 devices are connecting with no trouble.

Hey there,
Just wanted to hop in here to see if we still needed help on this. What troubleshooting have you done besides placing it where it needs to be? Have you tried changing things with your router or factory resetting the device?
