My Nest Protects are already installed. I had to do a reset of my Nest app and now they are no longer in the app. Is there a way to reconnect them to the app without climbing a ladder and taking them down?

We don't have any Nest Protects, but for the benefit of other customers reading this who might be able to help, what do you mean by "I had to do a reset of my Nest app"? I don't think there is any such function.
