Nest Protect

I have a few Nest Protect’s in my home.  One of the devices continually chirps. I have replaced the batteries (4) times in 1 year.  It will stop chirping for a couple months then loses its mind again.  It’s not due to be replaced until May 16, 2028.  Any suggestions on how I can get this device replaced?

Are you replacing the batteries with the required Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA (L91)?

Yeah they sure are expensive. I just wanted to make sure you were using them before you tried contacting support directly.

I contacted support Tuesday evening 7 pm Lexi needed to transfer me to another Dept we wait at least 40 minutes she said she would leave a message for them to contact me, no one ever reached out.
