we have 6 wired Nest smoke detectors 2nd generation. They have been running for nearly a year. Today they started chirping for no reason; it seems like a different one beeps every minute. Status shows green for all of them. I ran a system check. Still green. Not sure what to do.

I have 3 and 1 of mine started chirping for no reason. Nothing in the app to give me a reason just keeps going off every few minutes. Turned the power off and on. Still chirping. Pressed the button and it jus says "Ready to Test". Did the test still chirping app says everything is great with the one that is obvioy in destress.

Hello ArnoldSalt,
I know how confusing it is when there's an unexpected alert from your Nest Protect. To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Protect when it's going off?
Keep me posted.

Emerson
