Nest protect p006

 Hi trying to add a nest protect to my home, i reset my router and cleared my protect also but no luck. TIA

Hey Srt_ra,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Is this your first time setting up your Nest Protect? Have you tried reinstalling the Nest app to make sure it's up-to-date? Did you recently update or change your Wi-Fi settings? While setting it up, make sure that your mobile data is turned off. Also, try moving the device closer to your Wi-Fi router.
