Hi I recently upgraded my modem and it connects all devices(pc phone tv etc)except my google home devices. JBL linkview and JBL link 20.
I've spent hours(yes hours!)on the phone to my internet provider and they cannot explain if there is any changes between the old and new modem that blocks connection.Im figuring there is and it's something simple!
They have thrown it back at me as being a google error but it just can't be if the assistants still easily connect to my old modem when I reset it up.
Has anyone any advice or experience with solving this issue?
