New owners wants to reset nest protect and former owner will not cooperate.

We purchased a condo with a nest system (doorbell, cameras, nest protect and thermostat). I was able to reset and reprogram the thermostat but the camera and doorbell won’t respond and the old owner won’t respond. What do I do?
