Hi

Had a no power message on a 240v wired protect, I've taken down the device and checked the power at the small black socket plugged into device, it gets 240v !

Took a small brush and cleaned all terminals,

Took 3 batteries out and replaced

Still no luck

Has anyone any suggestions please

Hi @Banyaman,

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Protect is showing a "no power" message, even after you've already confirmed that it's getting 240V. I appreciate you trying to clean the terminals and replacing the batteries. I'm happy to help you figure out what's going on.
