Trying to connect a nest protect to the rest of my nest protects and WiFi.  I have 7 protects that builder installed on one he tore the sticker on back that had the QR code and entry key.   How can I connect without these.  I still have box it came in but the box only has serial number.

If your phone can’t scan the QR code, you can manually type in the serial number.

Tap Continue without scanning at the bottom of the QR code scanning screen. Then type in your product’s entry key or serial number.
You can tap Find the code or Show me how, and the app will show you where the serial is located on your product.

Thanks for the help.   I don’t have the product’s 6 digit entry key.   It was on the part of the sticker that was torn off apparently trying to get to the battery department.   When I tap can’t scan it only gives me the 6 digit entry key option not the 16 digit serial which I do have because I have the box.

The app always asked me to enter 7 digits entry key, but I’ve got the 6 digits entry key and the serial numbers only.  It didn’t accept 6 digits key, what should I do?
