Hi,
I need to get a replacement power connector for my nest smoke detector - I am in Australia. It was wired in years ago into an unused part of the house and the electrician was supposed to fit off the connector, but we have just openn the roof and there is no connector on the cable.
I looked online for where to buy one but couldn't find anything (there was a link to the google store, but protect or smoke showed no results).
I tried chat, but they said it was only available in the US (in hardware stores or from the Google Store), but then told me that the Australian version used a 240V connector, which differs from the 120V connector, so I am assuming the hardware store version will be the wrong plug.
There was no information available about the type of connector or if there was an alternate standard connector I could buy.
How do I replace this connector (without buying a new smoke detector)??
