Hi I bought a second nest protect a few months ago now and tried connecting several times with no success tried all the things which are mentioned in similar threads but still to no prevail. I have just tried again to connect it and still no joy. It’s becoming very frustrating which should be a simple task. Can anyone help please. Thanks jase

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that you have experienced some inconvenience setting up your Nest Protect. I'm happy to assist you! I recommend closing and reopening the Nest app. Once you've reopened the app, try to add your Nest Protect again. Make sure your new Nest Protect is near your other Nest Protect during the setup process this is important because when you have two or more Nest Protects, they work together.
