chirping once every 60

Hello, I’ve changed the batteries to the recommended ones and it’s still chirping once every 60 or so seconds. It doesn’t say it needs to be replaced until 2030. What could be the issue? Is there a help desk that can be called?

I have checked my app my batteries status is updated.
