Hi,
My Nest Protect is showing Sensor issue after several nights alerting about smoke.
Switched location with another Nest Protect and it gave the alert at the new location.
Removed batteries for several days but after reinserting them it keeps on mentioning the Sensor issue alert.
I'm trying to find a page on where to request a warranty replacement or someone who can help me by opening a case.
Warranty is expiring on 31/12 so I need to have this confirmed that a case is opened before the warranty expires.
As soon as I can get a case logged I can provide all relevant details such as serial number, etc.
