We had heating installed about 18 months ago with 2 zones both operated by Nest learning stats and wi fi heat links. About 2 weeks ago one heat link stopped working but I could do nothing about it as I had injured myself. Now the second heat link has stopped working so we have no heating at all.
I have pressed the buttons on both for 30+ seconds and there are no lights on either. Naturally both stats are dead now too.
I understand that faulty diodes are a common cause of the heat links failing and preventing power to the stats. Does Google offer free replacements for these unreliable pieces of kit?
I don’t relish paying almost £200 to replace both plus fitting costs!

Hi @PC911
I also had issues with my heat link and it got replaced. 🙂
The best is to reach out to Google Nest support about your issues.
