2nd Gen Nest thermostat trade in program

Hi looking to use wireless temp sensors but found they are not supported on 2nd Gen NEST thermostats.

Does Google offer a trade in credit for getting 3rd GEN so I can add some wireless temp sensors in the house?

As far as I'm aware no, unfortunately.
