Hi, my gen2 heat link has died. I have done all the test recommend in various post and it's definitely dead. No led lights no matter what I do and there is 230v to it,I'm a electrical engineer by the way. How do I get a replacement . Part no 9a3lr.

Hi Wrightyholme,

I'm sorry about the problems you're having with your heat link. I'm sure that's frustrating to deal with. I will be happy to help you out with that. Do you mind telling me how long you have owned the device? Also, have you already contacted support directly on this? Let me know and I'll work with you to get a solution.

Thanks,

Jeff
