2nd gen nest thermostat replacement offer link disappeared

I received the april email regarding end of support and printed it out.  Cannot find the actual email that has a link to the discounted upgrade offer to 4th generation.  How can I get another link to purchase? i need to deal with this before the middle of September.  thank you

Update: I filled out the form. Chatted with a person on google chat support. In 2 days I received the email. Not sure if my chat or form was the catalyst, but I got the thermostat and am happy.

a week ago

it seems like many of us were promised a discount code/link to a discounted price on a GEN four Google nest thermostat but none of us got it. Is Google rectifying this or should I just go and get a completely different thermostat as I am not happy about this.

  1. Same story here.  We have 4 2nd Gen Nests and never received any e-mail regarding a "Promo Code".  Does anyone have an alternative remote thermostat that might be a bit more consumer friendly? Would love to hear if you know of any.
