i believe the O/B/W2/E may be adjustable.

Thanks for posting with your thermostat wiring diagram. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

It appears that you have a heat pump system with emergency heat. I see two wires corresponding to C and B. Usually, these are common wires. To be sure, could you check and share a photo of your system's control panel with us to see how these wires are labeled?
