8 wire thermostat compatability

Here is a pic of my thermostat wiring - the google nest website said the nest was compatible but when I went through the steps on the Google home app during the setup, it said it wasn't compatible. Can anyone assist with how to properly wire it or do I need to find a different thermostat? Thanks!

That's because your setup requires and is only compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat model, which is setup in the Nest app, not the Google Home app.

Dang thats frustrating since the Google compatibility test for this specific device said it was compatible... thanks for the reply.

so just an update - i installed the nest and it seems to be working with the cooling. no error messages. I assume the the emergency heat and second stage heat will not work however? since those two wires (as far as I understand) are not connected? I imagine I should still get the learning model?
