I can’t get my Nest to show an AC mode. Only heat. Any ideas?

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I have a 4 wire system that controls my Furnace and AC. I can only get my Nest to run my furnace and not my AC. What can I do different with wiring.
