AC Cycles On and Off

I have a Nest Thermostat E connected to AC only, and is one of 2 zones.  Wires connected are: Cool (Y) Fan (G) and Power (R).  The system will run for 2 minutes, shut down for 5 minutes, then turn on again for 2 minutes, shut down for 5 minutes and repeating the pattern.  I have reset the thermostat to factory settings and reinstalled, and issue persists.  I've removed  the Nest thermostat, installed a programmable non nest thermostat and the system works fine.  There are 2 zones for the AC, the other zone is a Nest Learning Thermostat for both Heat (Hot water baseboard) and AC and that zone works fine.  Problem with the first zone occurs whether or not the 2nd zone is on or off.,  Battery=3.866v  Voc=35.06v Vin=26.11v Iin=20mA(i) .  Any Suggestings?

Can you post a picture of the thermostat's baseplate wiring here?

If the camera icon isn't present yet, you can use the Igmur.com Upload site and post the link it provides here.

@Patrick_Caezza- I have a picture but the upload link doesn't work.   I have specified the wiring to the baseplate in my original post as well as the technical information related to the power.  If you want a picture, please send me a way to do that preferably via e-mail.   My AC guy told me that the Nest thermostats are somewhat wonky and do not play  nice with the control board....   So I have since put on an old thermostat and it works fine.  However, I would really like to have the Nest thermostat in use for the remote access and monitoring.

Every HVAC tech says Nest doesn't play well, and I'm sure they say something about Ecobees. They just want to sell you what they have.

Unfortunately I have not been successful in posting the picture to the link......  How about I email it to you?
