AC doesn’t turn off

Our AC is reaching the set temperature but continues running FOR HOURS! Technician changed out the C Wire….what else could it be?!

To provide you with accurate troubleshooting steps, please help me out by answering the following questions:

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • When did you install the Nest Thermostat?
  • Do you see error codes on the Nest Thermostat’s screen?
  • Could you please send me a picture of the wiring for the current Nest Thermostat?

If you have any additional information to share, we would greatly appreciate it.
