Account disconnected on thermostat

Thermostat says account disconnected. All the solutions I’ve tried says use the settings on thermostat but I cannot use settings because it says account disconnected

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, what app are you using to set it up?

not going well. Can't control Nest remotely only manually. The account is gone on my phone. Downloaded Google Home again, nothing. Tried reinstall with scan several times but no luck. Not connecting to my wifi either.

Thanks for getting back to us and for sharing what you've done. To confirm, do you see any error messages? Also, to follow up what Edward is asking above, what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Have you tried checking your Nest Thermostat from your Nest app? Keep us posted
