A professional installed my new Nest Learning Thermostat. The kitchen thermostsat was added to my Nest app, but now I can't add the downstairs thermostat. I can't access the QR code. I do not have a small hole as mentioned in the bottom of the unit, nor did a pin come with it. How do I remove the thermostat to get to the QR code?
