Air conditioner shutting down

Just a heads up that my Nest thermostat was getting external temperature readings based on my address that were 30 degree F lower than the actual temperature. This was shutting down the air conditioner and sending O/B wire error codes. Was getting the wrench and screwdriver screen and message about thermostat not being able to control equipment without wiring changes. Two services calls later to confirm that it wasn't my air conditioner, wiring, or furnace circuit board and a factory Nest reset and Nest app delete and reinstall I figured it out because when trying to do Heat Pump Cooling test it told me it was less than 54F and wouldn't run the air conditioner to protect the equipment, when it was actually 84F. I changed my address to a friends house that lives about 10 miles from me and it cleared up. So a heads up that if your air conditioner stops working and you are getting multiple error codes it may be Google sending the wrong external temperature information. Replacing the Nest with a thermostat with an external temperature sensor so won't have these problems again and in the winter the dual fuel system will function properly.
