Air conditioner turns on when calling for heat

We have the Nest calling for heat but the AC turns on. Anyone have any ideas?

Was this unit just installed? I would have to assume it was just recently installed. Check the wiring. Sounds like you have the wire hooked up to the A/C and the heat. Thermostat doesn't know what's on the end of the wires. It just provides power to that specific pin.
