Hi I have a temperature sensor in the basement and a nest learning thermostat on the main floor. To regulate the temperature between the floors I have it set to automatically run the fan for 15 minutes each hour. I don't love running the fan if I don't need to.
How can I do this with airwave? I would love to have the thermostat be smart enough to turn on the fan when the temps are a certain difference to keep the whole house comfortable and save $ and natural gas.

Hi there,
We hear you, Trail3lazerr. We're always looking for ways to improve, and we would appreciate it if you could send us feedback. Currently, the Nest Airwave feature is designed only to exploit the difference in energy draw between the air conditioning compressor and your blower motor.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions in mind.
Best regards,
Mark

Hello Trail3lazer,
Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help.
I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps on how to change settings and learn about how Airwarve works.
Let us know if that helps.
Best regards,
Mark

Thanks Mark. But that article just talks about airwave working for air conditioning. I would love for it to work for heat as well. Would that be a feature request?
