My 8 year old T200577 Nest suddenly displays ambient temperature 8 degrees warmer than actual room temperature. I have not changed location or made any room changes affecting the thermostat. The only link I can possibly connect is a severe lightning strike last night close to our house which cause our lights to flicker for minutes. Could a power surge have damaged the unit? Any recommendation to correct the condition of incorrect temperature reading? Thank you.
