My product has stopped working; it will no longer connect to WIFI. The same thing happened last year, and Google replaced it without too much hassle. This time around, I am getting the run-around. This is what they have said .
Our warranties are designed to cover manufacturing defects and certain issues for a specific time frame after purchase. Once that period ends, repairs or replacements are no longer covered under warranty. At this point, the most reliable way to ensure you have a fully functional device with the latest features and a new warranty would be to consider purchasing a new one.
There is obviously a fault in this product, so I would recommend that they either replace it with a working product or refund my money ASAP.

Are you in the UK, and when did you purchase the original one? Did you purchase from a retailer or Google themselves?
