App data missing

My app is no enabling me to work my nest app.  It recognises the device but when I click on it I get a ‘no recent activity’ message.  I am unable to move past this.  My water is not coming on according to the schedule I had previously set even though the schedule is showing on the thermostat.  I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling it.  Do you know how I can get the app to work again please?  Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with your Nest App. Let's check on this. For starters can you tell me what country are you located in? Also what other steps of troubleshooting have you tried so far?
