App's Control Panel not Showing On Either Android or PC...

Checked the thermostat settings at the thermostat and all appear to be fine...WIFI connected and showing correct conection...Current Version (6.2-27) indicated.  In the "Nest App" window I get this message "This thermostat is connected to an account"

Thermostat appears to be following the schedule I had set up but I can only manually adjust it.  The apps on both my Android and my PC were working fine from April of this year until just a few days ago.  Now, neither is working.

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • Where are you located?
  • Are you logged in to the correct account on the app?
  • Could you share a screenshot of the message that you're getting?
