App says wiring not compatible

I hooked it up and it works for AC anyway. But app says wiring not compatible, I have wcgy rc to rh with jumper. I hooked up nest red-r c-blue g-green y-yellow w-white. Any help?

Nest Thermostats don't use jumper wires. Don't enter the jumper wire into the app or connect it to your thermostat, as that may damage the thermostat and/or your system.

Make sure the Nest is set to recognize your wiring. Sometimes, resetting the thermostat can help it detect the configuration correctly PG Sharp.
