Arghhh **bleep** thing won’t add to my account

Hi all I really hope someone can help 

Recently changed my home network and used all my old settings eg SSIDs etc, everything connected back up incl cameras, smoke alarms hubs but the **bleep** thermostat isn’t having any of it. 
it connects to the Wi-Fi which I can see in the router when it connects and pulls an IP address, then when it tries to add to my account it fails. 
Error TD009

A TD009 error? That sounds like an error for one of those England thermostats.

Yeah, I check my Nest pro documentation and I can’t find a TD errors, but last I heard you remember an TD error is an error with the part of that connected to the boiler. I forget what they call that part..

Did you try the suggestion for the TD009 error on the Google Help topic below, to do a "Reset device" on the thermostat?

Hi, yes tried just about everything

opening ports on router etc it get assigned an IP in the router but fails when trying to add to my nest account.

Would you be able to take a screenshot of the message in the Nest app when you try and add the thermostat? 

Also, is the thermostat still added to the Nest app as offline or did you remove it and are adding it back?

many thanks, I managed to work it out with customer support this morning. 
created a new home in the nest app and everything installed first time.
