As family member nest thermostat offlin

As a family member joined to my husbands home the nest thermostat says offline for m but my hubby can use on his phone 

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong

I am manager in this home as he is

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the confusion. I'd like to take a closer look at it. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Are you using a Nest app or a Google Home app? Do you have multiple home structures and Nest devices on your account? Also, in what country are you located? Please ensure that you're logged in to the correct account, you can check the email associated with the app.

I have 3rd generation  learning Thermostat.  I'm in the UK and on Google home its offline for family member but on nest app its online

No there are no error codes

Can you tell us if you have multiple structures in your app?

No there is just the thermostat on the nest app but Google home has my lighting and sockets on there

By any chance, did you try to delete the structure, construct a new one and move the thermostat over there?
