BOTH Nest thermostats seems to have lost the COOL option.

I have 2 A/C units hooked to 2 Nest thermostats (upstairs and downstairs). Went to use it for the first time this season, and the Cool option is just gone. Only offers Heat or Fan.

Thanks for posting in the community! Sorry to hear that the Cooling option disappeared from your Nest Thermostat. No worries, help is here! i'd like to ask you some questions about your system:

1. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? 
2. What type of system do you have? (Heat Pump or conventional type)
3. Have you checked if all the wires are fully inserted?
4. Have you performed a Factory Reset?
